Covid Specific Restrictions
In light of the recent global pandemic we have put in place specific terms and conditions, should you not be able to travel to us due to Covid-19 on your booked dates. For this you agree to ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance product prior to booking with us.
If you have paid part of or your total balance and are then unable to travel due to government restrictions on travel being in place between France and your country of residence, we will provide you with a credit for the amount you have paid. This is redeemable up to 12-months from the date of your original stay. Should your dates be moved from low to high season, payment of the difference will be required to secure your dates. We are unable to refund the difference if your stay moves from high to low season.
Should you decide not to travel, for any reasons other than a government order in place either in France or your country of residency then our standard cancellation policy is applicable
